VII. Is determined by the general court to have engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or given aid or comfort to the enemies of the state, in violation of RSA 655:1-a. This shall be determined by the house of representatives in the case of a member of the house of representatives and by the senate in the case of a member of the senate.

2 New Section; Elections; Nominations; Insurrection or Rebellion. Amend RSA 655 by inserting after section 1 the following new section:

655:1-a Insurrection or Rebellion Prohibited. As provided in Article 14, section 3, of the United States constitution, a person who engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or who gave aid or comfort to the enemies thereof, shall be ineligible to hold elective office in the state, unless Congress, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, shall have removed such disability. For the purposes of this subparagraph, “insurrection or rebellion” shall include any action intended to separate New Hampshire from the United States, and “aid or comfort” shall include any action facilitating such intent.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

The following is an email sent by a constituent to her State Representatives:

I’m reaching out to you today to let you know I am tired of the federal influence over my life. I have lived in NH all of my life and I have never experienced such a violation of my personal health freedom and livelihood.

As a private licensed practitioner, and single mother of two teens, I have seen far too much influence from DC that has been extremely intrusive and destructive. What has been done to our children over the past year has been sickening. The psychological harm and hardships placed on our youth and economy will be felt for decades. The constant one size fits all type policies have harmful consequences for families and business owners. I fear it will only get worse.

The lack of discussion and openness has left me feeling hopeless and depressed for the future of our community. The lack of recognition for the need of health risk stratification and restricted access to low-cost therapies along with threats to practitioners is criminal. You may not know this but as we send ridiculous amounts of my hard-earned money to oppressive regimes overseas, we still can’t give an obese person on Medicare nutrition counseling.

We have a very unhealthy population and nothing is being done to promote true health promotion and prevention beyond cut, burn and drug therapies. Btw, Medicaid can’t access nutrition therapy either. Why is it that those with the highest rates of poor health outcomes (obesity and heart disease) are denied access to the number one thing that can reverse and prevent that disease? Where are my tax dollars really going?

These are just a couple of issues I have. I want my children that already had covid to stop being treated like they are sick, stop masking them and stop threatening them with the jab to earn an education.

Since I haven’t seen any real changes over the past few decades and have only seen the worsening over reach and monetary influence of the federal government, I’d like the chance to vote on our ability to peacefully leave the union. It no longer supports my values or the American constitution. I want NH to be free again.

New Hampshire Copying United States Independence From England

There exists a vocal minority-some of which are in power- in the state who are against the ideals and freedoms all free people stand for. These loyalists you might say are trying to deceive you. They benefit from the status quo. They are telling us we can’t declare independence because it is illegal! They quote history selectively saying the courts have ruled- even though technically misleading- as those same courts merely ruled certain means to independence were illegal. They try to turn it into some sort of fanciful racist issue-despite there being nothing racist about independence. This isn’t the civil war- its independence from the king.

The United States itself is illegal under this failed logic and can’t exist. Britain didn’t authorize the colonies to declare independence after all. No, the colonies declared independence without the permission of the tyrants and king. In any independence movement there will always be loyalists to the tyrants in power. It is our duty, it is our obligation as free people to stay true to our beliefs and fight those who are selling out the people of New Hampshire for a little bit of personal gain.

New Hampshire independence has nothing to do with the civil war- it closely resembles the declaration of independence from Britain- an empire that at the time nobody thought you could stand up to or exit from. Yet we did. The British Empire has returned and it’s time for New Hampshire to once again lead the way in declaring independence from the new empire just as we led the way in declaring independence from the old empire.
