"Launching a new idea. Basically each person donates $5 a month and then once a month we decide how to spend it. One month it could be used for purchasing stickers raising awareness on a topic like voting machines, the next for flyers bringing awareness to geoengineering, etc. It's up to those who participate.
I think it would be an excellent way to bring all the disparate elements in the state together and working towards a common goal of creating a new government. I've called it The Article 10 Coalition.
